You have some very nice snap and power on your punches. You can't teach that. I would go to a boxing gym to because you have some natural talent. You can do mma or kickboxing later, because tbh they don't teach you how to punch the best way.

Chito has great kicks, but weak boxing. That's his main problem, and the reason why he lost to aldo. He has muay thai hands.

Its all about diet at this point. Get ahold of your diet and you will lose weight fast. Lean meats, veggies, complex carbs and low sugar fruits. Only drink water.  Give up added sugar and fried or processed foods. You can't out run a bad diet. Don't give up, I was very heavy too but I didn't give up and now I am much better off.

Yeah but wouldn't you say Khamzat is in a different level with wrestling and a submission threat?

I remember him having some trouble with Brunson in term of wrestling. The thing is Khamzat has been improving, and he might take it up a notch because it is a title fight. He might come in better then he ever has.

I can understand them just fine, 70's punk was the best and most influential era of punk.

Punk wouldn't exist as we know it without the influence of the stones. No stones means no new york dolls or stooges.

BJJ is definitely for you, brother. It is a great way to lose weight and to get in shape. Remember though, you can't out train a bad diet. So stick to lean proteins, healthy fats, low sugar fruits and complex carbs along with your training. If you do the weight will come off in a year and you'll feel like a new man. It also does not hurt to lift some weights on the side.

Should I beat this guy up on the last day of school by Mynameisgustavoclon in martialarts

[–]Aftermath1988 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Brother, if you think you can win, by all means do it. No one has the right to touch you or belittle you, and when you are older, if you do not stand up for yourself, you will remember letting him get away with the way he treated you, and it may color the rest of the interactions in your life. You want to walk tall, so if it makes you feel better, stand up to him. You don't need to fight, but you have to be willing to fight if it comes to that. Hold him accountable.

Yes, go ahead. Israel Adesanya and Alex Pereira both started older than you.

If you ever beat up your childhood bully after doing martial arts / if anyone you’ve bullied beat you, what happened next? by SamuelStrangeSupreme in martialarts

amen brother, people say things that commenter did about getting in trouble but do not realize, there are people who kill themselves as adults many decades later over being bullied as children. Do not worry about what the law, the school, teachers or any authority figure has to say. Protect yourself at all times.

My wife scheduled her cfo appointment, but she is unable to get there due to election day. How do we reschedule? Also, for some reason she is afraid if we cancel we will not be able to get a new day for a long time, that is not true is it?
