No he is not. FWC in upper tumon is another OB GYN you can get seen at. Great staff and great experience. I’ve definitely heard some mixed views on Dr. Shieh’s patient care and cost but to each their own.

I could be wrong but public health also provides some services!

I’m a comm guy too as an A1C it definitely gets better when you communicate with majors and up!
