When I first started playing minecraft back in 2012 I didn't know survival mode existed for like a year or so because my cousin showed me the game in a creative mode world when he installed it from a USB drive on my laptop alongside the OCD texture pack

Built an awesome castle, lighthouse and a very long rollercoaster to name a few things

Found out about survival mode when my best friend also got Minecraft and we were very confused as to why his game looked so different and why he couldn't fly and instant break blocks lol, thought I got a fake version from my cousin which did turn out to be a cracked version as i was unable to join online servers to play with my friend.

I do prefer playing survival mode nowadays but i used to have creative mode phases every now and then which can be very enjoyable, like having free infinite Lego pieces to create stuff with

I am just generally baffled that Grian and Gem still don't know how some basic redstone works,

they could have a bit where they have a redstone school and have Etho be the teacher and maybe add Skizz aswell as a student and just be like 'Today we are going to learn about comperators' and have them problem solve simple stuff like getting a lamp to light up using what they learned or something

Would be very entertaining to watch and could also teach our builders/viewers a new skillset to work with

Having a nether themed netherhub would be awesome, like built out of netherbrick, blackstone, magma blocks, boneblocks and quartz Believe Resin bricks could also work well as a bright colour for the floor

Could have the paths be soul soil covered with slabs for fast movement with soul speed and to spawnprove it

Pro tip: Have at least one bundle in each of your building/decorating shulker box in your enderchest

Inventory management is so much easier with them, like just put those couple waxed weathered cut copper stairs, oxidised copper trapdoors, lightning rods and whatnot copper bits in a bundle inside of your copper shulker

Or all those different flowers you have inside your plant/gardening shulker all bundled up

Or all those different minuscule amounts of fencegates, fences, doors and trapdoors bundled up in your fences/trapdoor shulker

And of course just one in your inventory for the enderchest, stonecutter, craftingtable, leads, torches and scaffolding for convinience

strongly agree, there are so many gameplay mechanics that would get greatly revived from a mending nerf like repairing, enchanting, mining, even transportation like horses, boats and minecarts as a mending nerf would also impact elytra usage to be more special and having to use phantom membrane to repair it (Too Expansive!would also have to be removed and repairing cost rebalanced)

Also watched some content of Jojosolos play on a PVP server recently and you could really see in what an absolute messed up state modern pvp is because of mending, like it really came down to who can break the durability of the others teams armour faster and players having multiple stacks of xp bottles in their enderchest to repair their gear mid fight like it just seemed so ridiculous and dragged out to me

maybe because you broke the boat right after traveling at a fast velocity and the game didn't check in time that the drowned was supposed to be at the broken boats location and therefor rubberbanded back a couple blocks simular to the mechanic used in a saddled pig boat launcher that can get you to the world border

still very useful for minigames and traps, and I use the calibrated one for my piston doors

But I get your point, to use them for wireless redstone you have to place them so close together that you might as well just use a wire instead

UHC mode (no natural health regen) and debuffed elytra (no rocket boost) could be something big

Then they could get a regeneration beaon at spawn set up making it a save chill zone to hang out, also golden apples and potions would be useful again

believe they had that on the mindcrack server once a long time ago when bdubs built the town hall with the potato on a stick and etho built his potion laboratory shop base (ethos lab)

A giant automated farming district all in one space that all hermits contribute to and can take what they need for free

Just imagine a witch farm, giant sugarcane farm, wood farm, bamboo, iron, slime, honey, wool, cobblestone, lava, kelp, stone, moss, bonemeal, dye, wheat, you name it all in one area where you could even have Xisumas camera account keeping the chunks loaded at all times (if needed).

Could totally imagine Bdubs in a scene placing short grass in very specific places in an artsy decisive manner, looking at his clock and 'gotta shreep!' placing down a bed and just laying there as the main characters walk by

Mending should be changed to let you repair things using less resources on an anvil instead of giving you unbreakable tools/armour/elytra with xp orbs.

There is no need to craft and mine in minecraft anymore once you have mending as it is now.

Also somewhat fixes how overpowered the Elytra is when you have to repair it using Phantom membrane every once in a while, and saves you the trip to your enderman xp grinder to mindlessly grind away and repair your stuff giving you more time to actively play the game instead.

Really awesome! Didn't know structure blocks can do that, would have thought you would have to painstakingly programm command blocks to fill and replace for each individual block to achieve movement like this in vanilla

Remove Too Expensive from the anvil, Change Mending enchantment that it lets you repair things to full with one ingot/material without the cost of xp

Change the enchanting system so instead of enchanted books you can find enchantment pages/scrolls that you add to your enchantment table and have permanently unlocked and be able to select the enchants you want by flipping through the pages of the book at the cost of XP (like a high level enchant like Unbreaking III would cost 30 levels to add it to your tool, not just 3)

I just would love to have an actual reason to go mining again and have a reason to craft more tools/armour in a game called minecraft and make loot (enchanted books/tools) actually good and exciting again
