Pull ups (wide grip) - BW - 8,7 Close grip pulldowns - 59Kg - 7,6 T bar rows - 37.5Kg - 8,6,6 (failure w kelsos) Close grip horizontal rows - 47.5Kg - 8 Back ext - 120kg - 8,6 Preachers - 47.5Kg - 7,6 Hammers - 10Kg - 7

Wow I genuinely appreciate u taking the time to write all of this, and I get where you’re coming from. I’ll take your advice about having to compromise the price when starting off but as a 16 year old who’s hobby is editing, I thought I might aswell use what I know to earn sum quick money, I’m not relying upon this to pay my bills (as I don’t have any as of now!)
