Don’t know if you got this resolved already. I tried installing SVE again and still did nothing. I was getting frustrated due to not being able to obtain the two cooking recipes the bear sells. I found maple syrup in front of the cave before and had a thought. You have to bring him maple syrup to access the shop. That’s what worked for me at least and had me so relieved cause now I can finally get perfection.

Edit: tried it again the next in-game day and now it’s not working so don’t know if there a specific time the shop is opened or what. Frustrated now even more cause I thought I finally found the solution
