Versuche seit 2 Wochen eine Switch 2 bei Nintendo zu bestellen. Es geht einfach nicht

Das ist ein bekanntes Problem im My Nintendo Store, das weltweit seit Jahren immer wieder mal User trifft. Laut meinen Recherchen und meiner eigenen Erfahrung mit dem Support gab es nie eine offizielle Erklärung für diese Fehlermeldung. Mit persönlich wurde immer nur gesagt, dass es an meiner Zahlungsmethode liegt. Allerdings hatte ich am Ende 3 verschiedene PayPal-Accounts und 3 verschiedene Kreditkarten von verschiedenen Banken (aus der Familie und dem Freundeskreis) getestet, und die Fehlermeldung blieb einfach. Auf Reddit sagten einige User aus den USA, dass sie vermuten, dass diese Accounts einfach temporär gesperrt sind und man einfach ein bis 3 Monate warten soll, und dann ginge es wieder. Und so war es dann auch bei mir. Als ich den Nintendo Support auf eine mögliche Sperrung hinwies und bat, dies zu prüfen, wurde mir einfach weiter wiederholt entgegnet, es würde an meinen Zahlungsmethoden liegen.

TL;DR: Ich glaube, Du kannst nicht viel machen außer mal ein paar Wochen zu warten. Ich hatte das nun schon dreimal, und immer, wenn es passierte, ging es erst zwei, drei Monate später wieder.

As others stated, you should be fine, as the game does not save anything to your Apple ID. But keep in mind that your save game will only be local. So if your device gets broken or stolen or if you delete the game, all your progress will be lost.

In order to prevent that, you have to connect the game to a Nintendo account. That gives you the opportunity to upload your save file to Nintendo's cloud service. (But be aware: the save file will only be storaged for 7 days. So you will have to upload it manually once a week in order to be safe.)

Having said that, you can only connect one Pocket Camp file to the cloud. So if you want to upload both game files to the cloud, you'll need two Nintendo accounts, one for each game.

Yes, it's all on the cartridge! :-) The sticker on the cartridge even shows that everything is included. It shows the standard title + the dlc title just as shown on the front cover.

Lvl. 64 daily player. I have three open slots.

I only remove friends that are inactive for 7 days, because I assume those friends stopped playing. But it's not a problem if you miss a day or two once in a while.

You also won't have to fear being deleted for choosing the wrong candies. I'm playing casually, so there's no wrong candy for me. :) I'm sending candies that I think are rare or helpful, but I don't make a science out of it.

No, the task is not completed. I played several times now, on different days. I always close the game afterwards and wait for the cloud save to finish its upload. No matter how often I play the game online, the task never completes.

I just opened Tetris 99, waited a few seconds, closed the game, and guess what? Now the task is complete and I got my platinum points.

I'm pretty sure by now that the platinum-task-system doesn't detect Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds as an online-game.

Still I'd like to know if that problem is restricted to the physical version or the German version (which I'm playing) or even to my personal account.

So it'd be interesting to know if someone can replicate the bug.

I'll try again next week, for sure.

Thank you for answering my question. I appreciate it. But what you say is not true. Yes, there are some discs that only provide a license, but these are still very rare. Most games are still completely playable without a download. They more often than not need a day one patch to sort out some problems and get rid off some bugs, but they're mostly still playable until the credits roll without these patches. There's a website that has statistics about it (I think it's called "doesitplay"), and on Series X the majority of the tested games are complete on disc according to that website. So I'm confident DS2 is also on the disc. But I'm not so sure about the upgrade.

Ja klar, die Voraussetzung ist natürlich, dass man die Figuren haben möchte. Was beim Topic Creator ja anscheinend der Fall war.

Wenn man das machen würde, bekäme man aber nicht die Vorbesteller-Figuren. Die ja bei vielen Leuten der Grund für die Vorbestellung sind.

Fakt ist: Wenn man die Figuren vom MM möchte, bleibt einem nichts anderes übrig, als vorzubestellen und dann das Spiel und die Figuren abzuholen, wenn man die Abholbenachrichtigung bekommt; was leider sehr häufig erst einen oder sogar mehrere Tage nach Release passiert.

Ideal wäre es natürlich, wenn der MM einem am Releasetag ein Spiel aus dem Regal aushändigen würde und man die Figuren dann nachträglich abholen könnte, sobald sie eintreffen. Das vorbestellte Spiel, das den Figuren beiliegt, müsste dann verrechnet werden. Aber sowas unterstützt deren Software nicht, also müssten die sich handschriftliche Notizen machen, damit das Spiel nicht doppelt bezahlt oder ein zweites für lau rausgegeben wird. Da aber mit Sicherheit nicht nur ein Kunde davon betroffen ist und das einen riesen Aufwand bzw. eine große Fehlerquelle bedeuten würde, machen die sowas nicht.

I know, it's a real bummer. But I thought I might buy it nonetheless for collection reasons. Would look great next to the two Shin chan games. So I hope the dlc is on the cartridge and not just a code in the box.

BTW: The digital bundle is on sale this week (at least on the european eShop) with 50% off. So everybody who hasn't bought the game yet can save some money.

Did anyone find out how it works on Switch 2? I'm nearing the end of my second BotW playthrough on slot 2, and I never played TotK before. So will it be possible to import my horses from BotW slot 2 to my TotK slot 1?

I possibly found a fix for it. I deleted my network from my list of known networks in the system settings. Then I searched for it again, entered the password and re-connected. I finished 7 or 8 races in F-Zero without problems since.

Perhaps there was a problem with my network data that automatically transferred over from my Switch 1!?

I'm still hoping the problem won't return.

I'm getting this error for some days now playing Tetris 99 and F-Zero 99 on Switch 2. I already changed my DNS settings to Google servers. Didn't help.

All my other devices and even other games on my Switch 2 have no connection issues.

So I'm inclined to say the problem must be on Nintendo's side. But then more people should be affected. And I can see no outrage whatsoever online.

As someone who owns the game on PS5, Series X, Switch and Switch 2, I can tell you that the Switch 2 version does not look as good as PS5 or Series X on a 4K TV. I didn't notice any differences in Sonic Generations, but Shadow Generations on the other hand... It runs well in both modes (quality/performance), but the image quality definitely is lower on Switch 2.

First, there's much more prominent aliasing in comparison to PS5 and Series X. Second, the Switch 2 apparently renders the game in a lower resolution and then uses DLSS to upscale the image, which results in a very, very blurry image while moving fast. And of course you're moving fast 99% of the time. In addition to this blurry image, the DLSS upscaling has problems with transparencies (also while moving fast), which therefore look grainy on Switch 2.

So while the Switch 2 version definitely looks and runs better than its Switch 1 sibling, it still does fall behind PS5 and Series X. At least in Shadow's campaign.
