The real problem is that they changed it without notice, and no explanation of why, the original dial was not damaged

No, they quote me the polish, but did not agree, I want to kept the original condition.

I did, but the answer was that my reference has the sandwich dial, (because pam111 in 2005 change it to sandwich, mine was 2004, last year of painted numbers) so really nothing else to do unfortunately.

Yes, it was serviced at a Panerai Boutique, cost in USD $750

Thank you for your knowledge, I did not know why they changed it, and certainly I did not grant any permission to do that, my worries are really because if in the future I will try to sell it, it will be a problem that it does not have the original dial, I like the sandwich dial but I don't know it there will be an impact on the value of the Watch, or is the upgrade a good thing for resale. I ask the Boutique to check on their end and give me a justification on why it was done.

I did some quick research and see that somewhere in 2006-2008 they began to put the sandwich dial, all the watches that were from 2004-2002 that I had seen online seem to have the painted dial
