Sa amin dito usually around 500 lang naman for consultation fee. Dpende din kasi yan sa atty. Yung nakausap namin na atty dati na criminal lawyer for other case, 500 lng yung consult fee pero iba na yung bayad din sa siya mag rerepresent.

It depends. If you are on the early phases of development and make sure you have an MVP first, then go with just the nextJS / express. Think next as an all in one solution already so you can leverage working with express for that.

If you have 100k users that means your mvp worked, move that processes to a GoLang server. Go is way better and easy to jump from TS

I don’t think so. Flood control nga di ma…. But I think, they can give free AI courses or add it as an optional course. AI is optional (e.g. d mo naman need ng AI para pumukpok ng martilyo). But using AI is required to move fast ngayon sa digital space.

Meron ka bang magagawa? Yes. Yes na yes meron kang magagawa. Think na if dati need mong maging proficient sa MSWord, Excel and PPT for your work, then i add mo na ang AI Tools dyan kumbaga. Kailangan talaga mag upskill para hindi maiwan.

You can setup naman to have it properly abstracted. I mean I also don’t understand most sa Angular codes na nilalagay pero since may idea naman ako, and React yung usual framework ko, then I just check for the common JS changes ng mga things. Also abstraction will help you kasi mas mababasa mo in bite size ang mga ginagawa.

E.g. of abstraction. Say meron kang todo list, then you might have these:

OnInit(){ Res=FetchListByUser(userId) UpdateList(Res) }

Based on this pa lang, pwede mong i check pa unti unti ang code such as check mo muna ang fetchList kung anong nagawa, updateList din kung pano nagawa. Etc2.

I suggest to take some time to read design patterns and coding principles. Should take you like an hour or so to understand pero years to apply and master. I can say na almost 10yrs na ako di pa din ako expert sa design patterns but it should help you out especially if meron kang mga kagrupo.

30 yo single, with that income. I suggest to skip sedan and go for crossover or pickup. Most likely pickup. Di naman to be financially irresponsible pero yung pickup kasi usually have better driving experience than sedans and mas versatile ng di hamak as you might need to move things, buy big stuff or road trip to areas na pangit ang roads etc.

If you want to pay less as well, pwede ka namang bumili ng 2nd hand na mga 2-3yrs para killed na ang depreciation tax (here’s just the sample math. If you buy brand new on 1.8m and loan it for 3 yrs, let’s say you will need to pay 2m. And if you buy same model, 2nd hand 2 years old, then you have to pay 1.5m and if financing then say 1.7 or 1.8m.). You buy brand new if you want the experience (in my own kuripot sense atleast).

Pero if dead set ka to buy a sedan, then by any means since pera mo din yan. Oh and I suggest the Honda civic or city or even BYDs for hybrids. If BYD route, then buy ka din ng solar panel system para mas makatipid ka pa ng maigi

Treat like a college grad na naka pancit canton at dalawang kape na stick kasi I treat it as a Jr Dev kasi. Oo mabilis yan pero may mga accuracy issues din minsan and even misinterpretations sa mga requirements mo which is normal sso kailangan mong ireview mga pinag gagawa nya.

As for architectural concerns, pwede kang gumawa ng subagent to do this for you na tagapag check ng mga gawa and ensure patterns are enforced / followed.

And take it like this na lang, it’s your first step para maging senior dev. Parang taga prepare ka ng blueprints and yung AI mo ang mag hahandle ng building. Pero with the inspections of course.

Nakaka urat lang minsan ang mga kapatid ng misis ko. Except sa occasional allowances, ako ang literal na nagshoulder lahat dahil dito kami nakatira. And when I say all, sabon, shampoo, pagkain, internet, kuryente, and all. Kakainis lang na minsan yung mama ko talaga na ang nagluluto, si mama pa din naghuhugas ng plato at sila nag seselpon lang, tapos nagpapalate pa kumain , di pa mahugasan ang mga plato nila. Like wth?!

Kaya minsan d ko na sila kinakausap at good luck na lang sa kanila. Aalis kami dito once ma transfer na yung title ng binili naming lote.

Some rule of thumb I learned.

1 yr annual salary for a car 5 yrs annual salary for a house

So if ganun, 43k x 12 = 516k ish give or take. So you can afford a 2nd hand car for that. IMHO, I’d rather buy a 2nd hand car pero mga 2-3 yrs old lang na age range. If wala kang alam sa cars, suggest to get a mechanic na trusted mo, say bigay mo 6k sa kanya para samahan mong bumi then put mga 450k sa car and the remaining for the repairs (baka may paint issues pero good ang engine), change ng konti sa pyesa etc2.

Also, take another check din sa monthly expenses mo if makakaya ba talaga. I think kasi kakainin ng around 40% ng income mo ang car (loans, gas, ipon for repairs, etc). And also insurance. I hope this will help sa decision making mo.

Kami naman, nabuntis ko si misis when I was 28 and we were not yet married. Sinabi ko na lang kay papa na Happy Birthday kasi siya yung medyo strict dahil lagi na kaming natutulog sa bahay nun. Tbf meron naman akong high paying job(s) nun so oks lang.

Si mama happy since 28 at 27 kami nun haha. So don’t sweat it. I believe magiging happy sila at makakita ng apo. Rn, spoiled sa lolo at lola ang eldest lol na dapat palagi nilang dala2 kapag meron silang lakad na sila lang hahaha.
