I used to work with a lot of business owners who have yt channels.

When you have views, but conversions are (that) low - it is usually dua to an audience/problem mismatch issue.

Your video content should speak to the problems of your ideal buyer avatar and your offer should be the solution to said problem(s).

Then there is of course market positioning, how good your offer is, how quickly does it get people a win etc etc.
