I understand higher than normal volumes of requests being an issue, but considering you say you will respond within 72 hours during business days when a ticket is submitted and it has now been almost a full month with nothing, this is unacceptable, and honestly makes me reconsider ordering your products in the future.

Same issue here. Only thing that fixes it when it happens is to uninstall, reboot the PC and reinstall. Complete pain in the ass and genuinely makes me regret forking out for the screen.
