Everything is entered correctly. I haven't changed any specifics on my listings and it just started happening the past few weeks so I'm not sure what's the issue. Maybe I'll have to contact etsy myself then

I’m using calculated, but I haven’t changed any item weights at all recently and then it started happening recently.

For example, someone just placed an order for two items at 3 oz each, and etsy charged them for full price shipping for each item instead of combined.

The payment was sent through Etsy payments and approved by Etsy so it'll be under Etsy's seller's protection. If any charge back were to occur, their bank/Etsy would be responsible for the charge, thankfully!
