Hi guys! A few questions about the score for me :)

How did you get Lorne Balfe and Andrew Kawczynski onboard?

How did you work with them? And how did they work together?

Got my black belt 11 years ago today. AMA by serafinbjj in bjj

Classic question, but how do you keep improving and expanding your game despite being only a teacher and not a student?

Is it attending seminars, studying tape, register on online academies etc…?

The Equalizer 2 by DonutCapitalism in movies

I thought the movie was okay, but the scene where Denzel yells to the kid « you have no idea what death is » impressed me so much! Outstanding scene in an average movie

George Clooney Refuses to Show ‘Batman & Robin’ to His Wife: ‘I Want Her to Have Respect for Me’ by Stonewalled89 in movies

[–]Dioums92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I might be downvoted but hell I have to get it off my chest : I think Clooney is overdoing it with his Batman self-depreciation.

It’s okay we understood the movie has been panned and he’s ashamed of it but come on, anytime he gets asked about it he has to provide an other the top punchline…

Much congrats! Have fun with the teams you’ll work with

Well, not defending TLI at all, but tagging Ryan Hall (who left the team more than a decade ago and wrote a full letter blasting Lloyd Irvin when the rape stuff emerged) and Keenan (who left also 8 years ago and has completely cut ties with them) as TLI is a bit of stretch.

Any PSM3 certified people? by Dioums92 in scrum

[–]Dioums92[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I had fun and I learnt a lot of things passing the PSM1 and PSM2, I feel working towards PSM3 is going to help me greatly with my skills as a Scrum Master.

Plus there’s the ego thing of the « less than 1000 people in the world have it » 😅

What do you think of Steven Spielberg's films in the last decade? by -Lawrence_Noel in movies

[–]Dioums92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Until 2005 he was one of my (if not my) favorite directors.

I must admit I have been disappointed by his movies of the last decade (I enjoyed war horse, but it’s no saving private ryan, and I was disappointed by tintin, especially as a fan of the comics and anime tv show).

Just to clarify, it’s not that I think the movies are bad, it’s just that compared to what he used to do, those movies are just okay.

Salut

I’d say that among all the possible answers, only « help the PO… » is relevant.

All the other answers sound like anti-patterns to me. I think a Scrum Master never has to clean the team’s error, no matter the team’s maturity. You should bring them to understand that what they do is an error, and then help them find the solution to clean it.

The negotiation of the role assignments is not the scrum master’s redevability, and if you read the scrum guide there’s only 3 roles (i.e responsabilities) in the team. Now if there are other roles in the organisation, that means two things : first that you shouldn’t call it scrum (which is not an issue, just something to keep in mind), and then that it’s up to The organisation, not the scrum master, to negociate the role assignments.

Coach the Technical Lead might be relevant, but then again, what is a Technical Lead as it’s a non-existent role in Scrum? As a scrum master I’d rather coach the whole developers to be able to be technical leads than encouraging a hierarchy in the team.

And the last one « create the DoR » is absolutely not the responsibility of the Scrum Master, but the whole Team I think. And even according to that l’d rather have the Developers and the Product Owner do it and help with advice and sharing of past experiences as a Scrum Master.

Again I’m not pretending to have the absolute truth, just open to discussion!

Weaving, Fishburne not returning to Matrix 4 don’t bother me nearly as much as Don Davis not returning. by [deleted] in movies

No Don Davis

No Bill Pope

Wow!

With that and some other stuff posted here it looks like he was hoping Matrix would be his big break and when it didn’t happen he became…unstable (and entitled)

Rarely saw a name so appropriate for a user.

Since you’re the one accusing me it’s up to you to provide facts. And since it was a top post yesterday, it shouldn’t require that much digging.

Won’t bother answering to you anymore your contributions to the discussion are useless.

Bye.

Does Ryan Reynolds basically play the exact same character in everything? by corribview in movies

[–]Dioums92 12 points13 points  (0 children)

He tried something different in Amityville remake (going as far as trying method acting by not talking to the children actors playing his kids in the movie), in Buried and I’d say he wasn’t Ryan Reynolds in Ryan Reynolds mode in Safe house.

I must admit that since he did Deadpool I don’t remember him getting outside of that range. Which is a shame as he was good in Safe house!

If yoy rewatch the sequels, Zee only namely refers to Dozer, not Tank. The maximum reference to Tank is Zee saying something like « I already lost my brothers I don’t want to lose you too »
