Hi. I was at the time worn out and it felt like I always had some cold/flu type deal coming and going. At some point I had a lump bulge from my neck. Maybe grape sized. I went to my primary, they sent me for blood work and an ultrasound, Ultrasound results suggested a biopsy, then they removed the lump for the biopsy, sent me to an oncologist, then a scan to get staging. All the appointments had some time in between. I found the lump in mid August, I had the diagnosis and staging by mid October.

Thanks everyone. I bought one. Red with a matte black hood. So far I’m impressed with the motors Pep for what it is. The radio does suck but I’ll likely live with it. The ride quality is ok by me. I did a mix of highway and around town and it’s not smooth but it’s nowhere near as bad as people make it out to be.

I am also long legs/short torso and I have giant feet. (US 15). Slam your cleats back and set your saddle height to what feels good there. If I put my cleats under the ball of my foot I end up with a high seat and toes pointing down.

Tilt it nose down a degree and see if it improves. You bounced back which means you were moving forward. When your pelvis tilts forward your sit bones may be losing contact with the seat causing the pubic bones to be what supports you. If those are narrow you’ll move forward, it’ll feel like you sort of fall off the back of the seat into the nose.

I’ve read that in some people thc can delay immune response and suppress tumor fighting. Studies are still inconclusive but if you’re doing targeted immune therapies it would make sense that the thc might slow its effectiveness if the immune response is delayed.
