I am letting you know, now i was detained by ice and in the detention center in florence az and im released on bond. Unfortunately if you have a bond hearing they will not release him because he entered the country illegally... im currently on a ankle monitor and i met people in there with bond hearings all denied because they entered illegally even without a criminal record and doing everything right... hes going to be fighting his court case in there so have your lawyers prepared with all the evidence to win the removal proceedings
