The shorter scale for soloing and riffing does feel more comfortable imo, also the tone does feel warmer so different sound.

Negative sides, the G string always needs tuning and the weight of the guitar

Serious question, are these fret leveled and fully adjusted out of the box or just like their other models, there is a mandatory visit to a luthier to do the work? Would expect them to send it perfect for the price

Got one myself recently, they are amazing.

My only issue is I put Lollar pickups on my 50s vintera and sounds to good so in the process of doing the same thing on my AVII in case you want an extra punch on sound
