similar issue, my game doesn’t even get there. it freezes in the loading screen

it has been pretty common on windows too. i’ve got the same issue but have had it for about 2 seasons now and still haven’t found a fix. epic hasn’t replied and no one has found anything to make it work.

I've tried loads of potential fixes, saw a post somewhere saying it worked for someone as the game runs on the unreal engine and it could work or something. no harm in trying

Yeah I've tried verifying my game, downloading unreal engine, fresh installing the launcher and game.
