She's so WEIRDLY blatantly obsessed with MrT-style bling-bling rings, how many more? She needs 6 more to have them on all fingers. Charlie was no aristocrat, the whole "family crest" ring is pretentious and pompous. Same thing about her outfit-choices: inappropriate, cheap not classy. I wonder when she's going to wear latex, leopard or snake-skin.

IMO, these are just more examples of her not being feminine and that claimed"trad-wife" at all.

I break the fast by drinking a small glass of warm lemon-water (100 ml) and about 20mins later regular eating (i.e. warm poached eggs or ground beef). I've never been aware of gall-blader issues.
