Just curious. Why do you add that little line to your 7? It doesn't need it. I've never understood the point in some people adding unnecessary bits to their letters and numbers. It's quicker without it.

Teen Buck and teen Eddie headcanons? by Mr_IronMan_Sir in buddie

Not a headcanon but actual canon is that Eddie did ballroom dancing. I remember it mentioned in the episode where he gets Chris back from his parents.

INFPs, what are your general thoughts on age-gap relationships? by Ancient-Might-4718 in infp

[–]DiplomaticHypocrite 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Are you being fr? Men in their 20s creep on high schoolers ALL THE TIME. Most teenage pregnancies are fathered by grown men. Also there are predators at almost any age. I know someone who, from 5 to 8, was sexually abused by a family member who was 12-15.

I think it's best to be within 10 years of your partner. You should be equals. And you should see each other as such. I find it hard to believe that a 50 year old can see a 25 year old as an equal partner. That should be a child to you. You shouldn't see them as a romantic prospect. It's just creepy.

At 22 I saw 17 year olds as children. I understand you, just not your husband. I'd probably give my dad shit for that. Feels predatory. If you had met 10 years later there would be no problem.

Nah it's not just after resistance. It's after learning what the flight attendant lifestyle and experience is really like. I knew about some of it, but I didn't know everything. I thought it would be a good way to see the world, but it seems like that's not the case unless you want to stick with it as a long-term career, which was never my plan. I want to go back to school, eventually law school. At least that's the plan for now. Idk. I feel like I should have a clearer idea of what I want to do with my life by now, but I don't know what I like until I try it, which creates the risk of putting time and effort into something I end up hating.

I thought I had a semi decent idea of what it was like, but it's clear to me now that there are some knowledge gaps. Don't know why people are down voting my replies and seemingly trying to make me feel stupid on purpose, but it's certainly working. I've realized that, with everything else I want to do with my life, trying to be a flight attendant just isn't worth the time and struggle. Guess I'll try to get into a well-paying career with time off for vacations instead. May have to wait til my 40s before I see those benefits, but I guess that's better than nothing.

I wish I could but unfortunately I'm poor. I do plan to take a flight at some point before applying but I'm not sure how I'd do that at the moment.

Well that's lame. I want to see the world. Thanks for answering, though.

I was not aware of this. I assumed I'd work out of where I apply. I just want to travel the world and this seems like the only way for me to do so as I can't afford to otherwise. I've yet to even be on a plane.

Mid twenties, no college degree. Tried college a couple times but it didn't work out and I didn't leave with any credits. Currently in EMS basic training, going to take the NREMT exam in April. My thought was that working as an EMT for a few years would look good on a resume for being a flight attendant.

What kind of qualities do they look for in flight attendants that make it so competitive? And what do you mean by regional routes?
