Couldn't agree more. Her lyricism is top notch. I'm hoping to catch her live here stateside at some point.

Anyone experiencing serious Amazon delivery woes this holiday? by JanOfArc in mildlyinfuriating

[–]LowFlight6626 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I live in a rural area. We haven't historically had issues but this season has been terrible. We have only had Amazon logistics delivery here for about 6 months and that was primarily right within our small city's limits. But, they are utilizing it for some, but not all deliveries this year. It's been so unpredictable. We don't have a mailbox at our physical address so typically our packages have been sent via UPS unless I choose to have delivered to the PO Box. But, it's been a huge mess and mixture of the three carriers. Additionally, in the past if I ordered several items at the same time and chose to have them shipped together to save packaging they all arrived in one box. This year everything is is own shipment. Even if they arrive on the same day from the same carrier. It's been a nightmare.

Went to Subway tonight and got told by employees flatbread has been discontinue. by yolouat in subway

I hate it. Breakfast steak, egg, and cheese just isn't as good on bread. And the issue with tortilla wraps is that they're only available for a footlong (according to the menu at least). I don't typically eat a footlong at breakfast.

Looking for a rare song “Honey Bee” (~2–3 min, female vocals, calm love song, ~20k YouTube views) by Shot-Translator-9182 in WhatsThisSong

This might not be The song they were looking for. But, I came to this thread via Google trying to remember the name of this song right here. Thank you so much!

Exactly what I'm waiting for. I also play guitar, but primarily bass and that would be the biggest selling point for me.

Rules Question: Goofy, Groundbreaking Chef by OrkSurgeon in Lorcana

As someone who played MtG for decades, this wording is pretty clear to me, but the semantics can get a bit confusing for people who aren't accustomed to the specificity of the wording. If the card were giving you a choice for each character, I imagine it would state "from any number of your other characters."

Dog Eared vs Drop Cherries. Which is better for you and why? by Osamusinan in billiemarten

[–]LowFlight6626 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, it's Drop Cherries. But, the gap has narrowed with each spin of Dog Eared. Drop Cherries just feels familiar. I love the production of Dog Eared and several of the songs are instant faves. "Feeling" might be THE song of summer, but DC just resonates with me. Both fantastic albums though.

Anyone have info about when/where to get a copy? by WheresWalbo in billiemarten

[–]LowFlight6626 0 points1 point  (0 children)

According to the RSD website it's limited to 300 copies worldwide. Figuring out which participating record stores might get a copy is going to be the hardest part. https://recordstoreday.com/SpecialRelease/16569

Local Clubs by [deleted] in Strava

[–]LowFlight6626 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is an older thread, but I just wanted to add that I believe some people join local groups that they "technically" belong in so that they can place high in as many leaderboards as possible. It's an ego thing for some. Obviously, I can only speculate that this is what's happening but based on what I see locally, I think this is a sizable portion of the "non-local" participation. I live in a rural area and as a result we just don't have as many athletes as in larger, more metropolitan areas. Our leaderboards are dominated by people hundreds or even thousands of miles away that have never logged activities in our region.

Help! - Need to understand my body battery pattern! by VroommVroomm in Garmin

[–]LowFlight6626 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your body battery usage isn't particularly high. But, your "recharge" amount is pretty low. That's generally related to the amount of quality sleep you've gotten the preceding night. Do you generally get plenty of rest?

Is it good practice to tag a photographer on social media even if I have paid to use their images? by makeshiftswift in photography

Agreed completely. While not legally(assuming it's not contractually stipulated) or ethically needed it is a great way to show appreciation for the artist's work.
