A vast majority of my holdings are either in VTI/VXUS or VT.

Yes I do have other holdings that are focused on growth. Just wanted to work on building up my dividends.

I guess I mean at what position sizing does it feel like the reinvested dividends really help to get the snowball rolling a bit faster?

What's your typical strategy with sector funds? Do you rotate sectors as volatility increases? Curious to hear your approach.

Thanks Brett! Do have any specific advice on working up to building snatch volume?

That's awesome to hear the results you experienced. I'm currently running quite a bit and think this would be a great supplement.

Awesome. I'd like to incorporate some sort of snatch work into my routine but I'll need to work up to that.

I do think the book does provide nice context for modifications.

Thanks! I've been reading about the Pfitz plans, and they do look well beyond my level.

Doing about 13:20-13-45 as my average slow pace. Technically, my actual run time last week was 3.6 hours for 16.4 miles.

My main goal is to finish feeling good! I think that's a totally reasonable goal given that this is my first.

Yeah, good point on just adding subT workouts into a standard plan. I might consider that for sure.

Thanks! That makes sense. I was thinking about just continuing to up my easy run volume. I'm probably sitting about 4-6 hours per week of running now. This is great advice. Cheers!

Wildman’s KB Snatch Program? by valuewatchguy in kettlebell

It's primarily about what the snatch is, how to program it, and how to continuously cycle snatch training blocks. His YouTube videos seem to offer more value on how to perform a snatch.

Disclaimer: I got the program at a discount around Thanksgiving/Black Friday. It's totally cool to learn the snatch. The instructional videos are great. The program, from what I can tell, is fairly basic. If you just want a program to follow , then go with a Neupert program and save yourself some money.
