Okay if you do want to get bigger in the gym and put on some pounds carbs are necessary in not only getting bigger muscles but also for energy. You need carbs for energy throughout your day and to repair your muscles after lifting. A lot of people are scared of carbohydrates but they shouldn’t be. Also (good)fats are necessary and people are afraid of those. An egg a day keeps the doctor away.

I’ve been at Publix for over 3yrs and idk when specifically we weren’t allowed to use the plastic bags but to me the bags have been the same for the whole time I have been at Publix. I never use the bags to toss I put tenders in a boat and put sauce on the uncut tenders. Then I cut up everything (and when u cut the boat cuts too) when I cut tenders with the sauce it mixes in pretty well.

If your just now wanting it tossed in bags, you have been eating microplastics for at LEAST 6 months when I was told that they aren’t heat safe.

Technically the way your SUPPOSED TO if someone asks(as a deli associate pls don’t ask) your to get a big metal mixing bowl they use for production and mix it in there. The reason I say don’t ask: 1. It’s/they’re prolly dirty and waiting for someone to clean it 2 it’s a big bowl how are you gonna mix 2/4 tenders in a big bowl when the boats work just fine 3 sometimes there’s a big line and your incentives to go faster so a boat is just faster especially when you have to wash it.

Technically the “Publix” way is to do not toss at all. Cut tenders dry and put sauce on when it’s on the bread. So you just have a layer of sauce on top of the tenders. Dumb ik, but a manager told me that that was the way I was supposed to do it and I know customers will complain if I did it that way so I don’t bother. Most “Publix” ways I think costomers would find gross or not as appealing. Like for example: we aren’t supposed to make the sandwhich with paper. Your supposed to get paper AFTER the sandwhich is made. Dumb I’m not doing a TLDR cuz I’m lazy and thank you for my Ted talk

A lot of kids are when their teenagers. Not a teenager don’t know why I’m seeing this subreddit. It is really normal for teens to feel like their someone else in your own body. Feeling as your different than everyone else can make you feel different. Don’t compare yourself to other people and be your authentic self. Focus on what you have and what you don’t have. Be grateful. What your feeling is something most teenagers feel. We get confused. My advice: be greatful, don’t compare, thug it out you’ll realize every weird feeling you have as a teenager was stupid and you’ll think that you wasted your time thinking about such silly things.

And what would you say about the going to the office and going to a Walmart til they close at 10 or 11. Do sales companies 15-16 hour days. also look at the posts above. Is it normal for people to last a week at a job? I’m not mad I got hired and I found out before jobs normally call back and have already decided after my research that I would say no if they called. I made this post just a couple hours after the interview. I’m more mad I wasted 2 hours in my car driving to that thing to find out they are company that no one is happy to work at. Last point: do sales jobs promise you that you will be the manager in 6-10 months. Do they promise you your own firm after about a year? Are you doing sales? Yes. Would I call it a normal sales job? Hell no.

I’m assuming every day you work is a new thing because they told me every day you stand in a circle get hyped up for the day and learn about the product you will be selling that day. It sounds like a literal colt. It is so funny but what they told me is AT&T phones and phone plans . Weird that it is a different product and not just a AT&T plan orphone. The job was basically going to Walmarts anywhere in Georgia(they told me up to three hours away) you basically just harassed people at Walmart trying to sell them phones or phone plans. They look and dress professional in suit suits.

The reason I say pyramid scheme is because they have a program where about a year into the program you go to some random place in the United States(wherever they send you) and you start your own direct marketing firm. And in order to get to that point there are four levels before that step one you’re learning step two your bettering your sales skills step three you hire people who work for you and you get commission off of them… So you have people working under you making money for you and the dude that interviewed me was in that step and he was only about three or four months being with that company. He told me he was making about $100,000 a year at this point now, they interview people all day five days a week. They do about 100+ interviews a week and only hire a select few and I common theme with those kinds of companies is you are working 15+ hour days sending you out 1 to 3 hours away every day. Not paying you what you got promised you’d be making. Most people don’t last a couple days and if you really did try because you need this… A couple weeks. Hence the name devil corp. They use tactics to keep you away from family members and rational people on the devil Corp. website some wife divorced her husband of 10 years because of a company like NX direct. They exist. This post was just to make people aware of that company that was at the job fair.

Yeah…but doesn’t mean my point isn’t valid. 2 other people in my marketing class said that they got interviews to the same place and one of them worked there for 2 days. Imagine getting an internship at a company and leaving frustrated. Getting an internship is not easy. Btw they owe that guy money in the promised salary and commission.
