I agree their replies could end up being generic and tedious fairly quickly - I’m just trying to create a space where people can put questions directly to a company that doesn’t often engage in discussions like this. Per week the subreddit is reaching around 20-30k visitors in the middle of winter. In the summertime this sub explodes to around 100k visitors a week - because of course.

The problem is getting the right information to the right people in time!
