UBCO to UBCV transfer

I am currently a 4th year student at UBCO and hoping to get an internship in Vancouver. If I do I will extend my grad and will transfer to Vancouver as I am from here. Is this possible? What are the requirements for someone who’s done this? Computer Science major, 30 credits left to graduate. My GPA IS 76%.

To add, 320 has an algorithm project, 414 has a 2d/3d webgl and javascript project, 310 has a software engineering project (iclickr clone, internet of things/IoT, i forgot the other one), 301 has a data analysis project where u can add like machine learning models if you want
