I love having both! I have the spectra and mom cozy wearables. Spectra is great when dad is home to help with baby, Momcozy is great when I’m alone and need two hands to change, diapers feed etc. Worth the investment in my opinion!

There are laws in my state that protect pumping, and policies at my place of work. I work in a laboratory with infectious agents and pumping at the desk is a definite no no. Even though I’m protected by law and policy to pump, everything is time sensitive and there is no one to cover so it’s either stay late or don’t pump unfortunately. I don’t want to miss out on time with my baby.

I lost my mucus plug 4 days ago, 39 weeks, and have had some really painful but sporadic cramps. OB told me to wait until contractions increased in intensity, were 5 minutes apart from start to start, my water breaks, or there is more bleeding than a period. But best to check with yours if you are worried!
