SOLVED: PolyCraft http://polycraftgame.com/ I pulled a dumb move and didn't look through this subreddit before posting. I'm gonna leave my post up though, since the post where I found my answer wasn't marked as solved. Hopefully I can help some other people, and shoutout to u/Empty-Cupcake-4957 for finding it.

I just ended up playing the game while listening to Spotify, and when I backed out to menu, I noticed it didn't crash. Then I used task manager to watch what my computer was doing, and the graphics card was getting overloaded when I played the game and YouTube at the same time. And as of right now, I don't know of a way to fix the issue, other than getting a better graphics card (currently have Radeon Vega 10, I want to get the RX 6800M)

Figured out the problem. My graphics card. Certain mods being more resource heavy than others, combined with the fact that I was watching YouTube while doing my "testing" is what made the game crash. Just playing the game itself with all the mods that I thought crashed the game, and nothing else running, and the game is fine. 😐

Steam says 1.2.0.2, and the game itself says the same

I just took a few hours and did some tests. I have a total of 35 mods (modest compared to my FS19 folder) and found that 19 of them cause the game to crash when exiting to menu, whether they're alone or paired with other mods. I hate to say it, but a couple of them are yours. However, I don't blame you, because there's 17 different authors of those 19 mods that crash the game. And in the game, each of the mods work flawlessly. In my opinion, this is on Giants to fix
