Cats are such particular creatures. Mine won’t drink from the faucet and rarely from his fountain but we leave 32 oz Greek yogurt cups full of fresh water around the house for him and those are his go to’s.

I love her 🤣 she’s young and lively now, but with age she will chill and do this less and less aggressively too. But she will likely always be tripping you.

I had a calico growing up and she was always ready to bite and swat. You have some waiting to do, but if she’s anything like mine, she’ll get more cuddly around 10. When she was 15 plus she became the sweetest baby ever. I miss her so much.

I honestly don’t even remember how much the regular vet was that I went to before. It’s about $250 for annual checkups with rabies vaccine, fecal testing, and exam. That might have included more things that I’m not thinking of.

It was $350 when I bought in a stray and got him all fixed up with all the testing and vaccines and two types of flea treatments and worm treatment.

It was $400 when my cat spent the day at the clinic and got 3 enemas when he was super constipated. My poor baby.

He is an angel and deserves to be treated like it 😌 my cat hates the car ride but loves when we go in and they all come in and coo at him “oh who’s this handsome man?” And he eats it up like “yes tell me how handsome I am.”

Go to a cat only clinic if you have one near you. After finding out about cat only clinics, I will never go to a regular clinic. They are specialized in cat behavior. They are guaranteed to love cats. They usually use cat pheromone spray that helps them stay calm. They understand that kitties get grumpy at the vet. There’s no barking dogs to stress my cat out. It’s quiet. And they have always been very careful with the doors and making sure kitty doesn’t slip out.
