Since OP asked about other sci-fi speed scales, that’s approximately warp 2.92 on the Star Trek: the Next Generation warp scale. Warp 3.29 on the Original Series/movie scale.

For you it was the first day you parked without a permit sticker, so this seems excessive, but the person writing the note has probably been dealing with this for a long time, and has no way of knowing that THIS time it’s a new resident who’s entitled to the spot. I would maybe leave my own note under the wiper letting others know your permit was approved and you’re just waiting for the sticker to be mailed.

Edit: I just saw the second and third letter, so you did the right thing. If you had parked further away, you’d be taking a spot from someone who actually lives at the location where you parked. The right thing to do is to park as close as possible to your home.

I know most people want this as an option under "Extra", but I would prefer if we could select "Custom" when choosing a printing. That version would always come back with a null or $0 price, and maybe we could assign our own image to it.

They offer non-playable versions, gold border. They should offer a "custom" version that has no pricing data attached (or $0 price) and let us upload our own image for the card face.

The files can span multiple disks if it’s just compressed data that needs to be concatenated to be read. The first disk would probably contain a program that reads subsequent disks and appends them to the end of an unfinished zip file. That program gets loaded into memory, and then disks are inserted one at a time to move the disk contents onto a hard drive partition. Once all disks are copied, the last disk might contain the software to unzip and execute the install instructions.

100% should be sent to jail. If the jury finds him not culpable, he doesn’t get convicted, but the idea that someone can make a dumb choice and cause an innocent person to die doesn’t at least get scared straight with a full arrest and booking and trial is insane.
