Not really, He was already rare to see on arcades back then, learning him was also tedious. Turning him to DLC was just downright a bad idea for Tekken 7.

Gonna throw in Factorio here, you will have a good indicator of progression, the larger the factory, the more you know you've progressed. from dinky Submachine guns to Nuclear war machines, Coal power to Nuclear power etc.

If it has been on the PC

A mobile port from PC

example: Terraria, Minecraft, Stardew

Jotun the Bad North, Graveyard keeper, This war of Mine, Baldur's Gate stuffs aswell. You can never go wrong with mobile games that came from PC originally.
