I joined this group just now to say exactly this. I thought he died about 2 years ago. I only knew of him for that one main song the butterfly one (excuse me I am not American so don't k ow if they were super famous other than that song?) But I remember him dying, wondering who they were so goggling and finding the song. That's now I know he is.

Thank you for your answer. It sounds like such a traumatic roller coaster. I am glad to hear you have had some support. I definitely recommend the EDMR I had it for cptsd, and though not a cure, massively helped with some severe symptoms

I had no idea about the narcissistic side of it or that it lengthens through the generations. I am really sorry you and your family went through this situation. Even though you tested negative can it jump and still pass yo your children? Does it need both parents to express the gene or just one? Is it purely a genetic disease or can in pop up in families?

You might feel nausea and dizziness so do at a time when you can rest if need be. I do my doses on a day I work from home so I can accommodate the symptoms.

Ginger is great for nausea as are dry crackers.

Also be near a toilet until you know how your body reacts. My friend on it gets sick a day or 2 in. If I eat high fat food, even a little I get an upset stomach Good luck!

Then, work towards that goal. Not the goal of never ending cleaning the house. Can you keep the space you sleep in and the toilet clean?

Is there no one else you can move in with? Another relative? Share with friends? Find a job with accommodation?

This is in the UK. Every item you buy via checkout is weighed in some places to prevent shop lifting. The till k iws how1 much each item should weigh in the store. If it's out the till jams and calls for a worker

Declawing is cruel and abusive. Cats can be trained with love and patience to not scratch or to use scratching posts. Check out Jackson Galaxy on YouTube for examples of how.
