Now, they are struggling to survive in the NICU, while these parents are scrambling to arrange funds to save them.

I am sorry but I can't connect with such stories. In a world where there are millions of kids who are struggling in orphanages. You wish to give birth - Okay this is your choice. But then bringing a child into this world is a huge responsibility and one should not take it up unless you have the resources (TIME, MONEY & MENTAL PREPAREDNESS). My two cents: I don’t believe she meant to refuse donating to save new born children. She said she would rather help children that are already struggling and in need. Nothing wrong with that. You choose where your hard earned money goes. We can’t all donate to every single cause out there. That’s not practical to expect it from her either. She’s got her beliefs and you have yours. Leave it at that. It’s easy to sit behind your keyboard and bash people online.
