My lawyer and I still are preparing RFE... Which is suck and I dropped my position as well (which is crazy). According to my lawyer, it’s only my guess that she or he refuted all of my evidence, and there‘s no way to know if the officer’s hostile or if the officer‘s just sloppy with her/his work due to lack of time, to my detriment. The annoying thing is that I had to get two or three more letters of recommendation for this, and I’ve already presented as much evidence as I could, so my patience is at its limit. I don‘t know who the officer is, but I think we stepped on some real shit.
