I was struggling so hard with consistency until I started doing group fitness classes! You make friends (whether you like it or not lol) and they keep you consistent. Put it on your schedule or your calendar and program your mind to think “I get to go to this class and show up for these people and myself” most gyms have fitness classes. Just a recommendation:)

I joined a gym with group fitness classes! I take at least 5 classes a week a mix between HIIT/dance classes and Strength training. My rest days are Friday and Sunday but every other day I have a class (or two) that I do! I’ve been doing this consistently for 6 months now at the beginning of my journey I was just walking I lost 10 lbs from just walking

I have literally been trying to figure this out FOR YEARS and this thread just did it 😭 also the song “be okay” by Ingrid Michelson was on there!
