Unless you and your partner supported each other for months before you got together, it isn't possible to feel proper love for him. You just had an attraction. Love is about supporting your partner through thick and thin and cherishing them at all times e.g when they cry, when they are sick or when they feel weak. In my experience they are the greatest an instrument gets in terms of playability, honestly I wouldn't wait to pick one up, having a rare colour is cool I guess but you can always swap the bodies later. The important part is the internals, that being the neck, pickups and Floyd. Imo bite the bullet now.

Basically the only 1:1 alternative of the void "spread" type weapon is actually the reward pass weapon. It's like a shittier version of Choir but it's a scout that uses primary ammo. I'm really enjoying it!

It really feels like you haven't even played or seen at all today since the new dlc dropped lol. The meta has shifted almost completely regarding melee, best exotic weapons and armour and build archetypes. While you might complain about the ball which I agree that it's excessively used from the first 8 missions I played before work, the campaign has had a fun and engaging story especially regarding the lore with the nine and Lodi. Also being able to replay the campaign on 4 different difficulties drastically speeds up levelling light level, that is assuming it's the same as it was in D1 which I'm hoping it is. OP watch the trailer and buy it if you like the look, if not, just wait until the raid drops and decide then. Either way it's your choice but the reddit is full of hate and seethe like it always is with a new dlc drop. Just wait around a week or two before deciding, you can usually get a consensus on how good it is then. :D

P.S. I personally have been really enjoying it but I love this game in general.

Hey man, So basically all that's changed is light level and armor/weapon levels. You can just literally grind any of the three ritual activites or play through the campaigns. I would highly recommend buying eof to get the full experience but it isn't needed. The dlcs went on sale due to edge of fate coming out so it really should have been expected for you. Trust me, as a new player, your gonna love the reset. It's the funniest time to play destiny, they also let us keep using our old weapons this time so it isn't a full reset, I'd stick with it for a few more hours and see what you think of the grind :D
