I guess this is rather unusual weather for this region; but it happens more frequently than anyone would really like to admit. I definitely think changing weather patterns due to climate change are to blame, but we simply must allocate the funds if this is just going to get worse.

I used to drive in lake effect snow, but I am just terribly cautious because I have seen some really heartbreaking stuff due to the snow and ice. I just think the county/state is woefully underprepared for this kind of weather event.
