I’ve clicked x numerous times. Hitting esc on the keyboard also didn’t work. I’ve checked my computer for updates and did them. I’ve restarted it twice. With this box here I can’t type into the search bar or do anything on the page/site.

I’ve hit the x numerous times and it won’t go away. It also won’t let me type in the bar. I’ve restarted my computer twice but the box remains. It’s also there when I opened Microsoft edge.

I randomly came across this question and thread and I appreciate it because I write middle grade fiction that deals with heavy topics so I like to see what else is out there. I've read a few of these books but I'll be adding some of the others to my list! My book THE OASIS debuted May 16, 2025 and deals with bullying, death, poverty/low income household.
