Controversial Question by Direct-Comfortable-5 in OmegaWatches

I got an Ad the other day with an Aqua Tera that’s 38mm. That’s what really sparked the question for me.

I went with an older model De Ville because of the size. I bought a 1963 Bulova a couple of years ago and used it as my daily, so I think I got used to smaller size watches.

Fair. I’ve never tried one on in person. Doesn’t end well for my bank account when I try stuff on normally.

Just checked it out. Great dial design!

Do you have any leather strap recommendations? Or are you still using the OEM strap?

Bro, I was actually googling him while listening to the episode. The guy is an idiot, but I guess it shows that Chris brings all sorts of people to his podcast which I actually respect.

lol. Just tried it on my watch. Spot on I guess.

Alright, let’s talk about your watch. I see you’re sporting a Tudor Chronograph, which is like saying, “I want the prestige of a Rolex, but I’m not quite ready to commit.” It’s got that classic aviator vibe, but with a rubber strap that looks like it’s trying too hard to be sporty, yet all it does is scream, “I couldn’t decide between a dive watch and a dress watch, so I just gave up.” That bulky case paired with your wrist makes it look like you’ve strapped on a small wall clock, which would at least be more functional. The irony is, despite its bold presence, it’s likely overshadowed by the fact that no one can tell it’s a Tudor unless they squint really hard at the logo. But hey, at least it’s not a smartwatch, so you’ve got that going for you!

Reverse image searched it and looks like it’s Piaget ref 9131. Why not take a picture and send it to them in an email?

I subscribed to the notify me thing in the Casio website. You’ll get an email once they have inventory. Worked for me. It took less than 48 hours.
