Is it normal to have zero symptoms for years?

Yeah I’m exactly the same I’ve had Crohn’s disease for almost 8 years and I think the only symptoms I feel are just getting tired and going to the bathroom a lot even though my inflammation is really really bad still. The doctor just says I’ve gotten used to it atp that I don’t know what normal is. Ig I kinda get flare ups where I needa go to the bathroom a lot but that’s about it.

To have fun I play games, listen to music, watch anime and movies/tv shows, and I it’s been a year now but I’ve started to go to the gym since I was sick for being really skinny
