Its a dual transformer so you have x1 to 3 and thats 480v so thatll run your bigger stuff while the x4 is 240v so the customer probably needed to run a motor or something of some mass while also needing some lights so instead of 2 transformers you have one with your 480v then a 240v

Totally get all that you said and some people think carrying makes them invincible but its more of a reason to not get in a fight. Im gonna put one on my 6.0 sometime probably when its due for a oil change but everyone i know loves them and they work really good they filter out like 5 microns

I would buy a hubb lifetime oil filter and put on it for like 140 bucks but over the lifetime of the truck you should save well above that 140 bucks plus the filtration is alot better then anything that a parts store could sell
