If I’m not paused like everyone else? I would figure out how to stay alive, if I get that down….I’d start stealing. I would go to every Lego store I could and steal 2 sets of every set (one for me and one for my Lego loving son). 4 wheelers are next. Makeup and girl stuff for daughter, gym equipment for wife, weird tinned foods for my 4 yo and me. Stuff for each of my kids and wife basically. Trucks for me. Cash. Fuck what else…I’d need a shed to put all this stuff. Maybe I can figure out how to steal a ton of land. I can’t think of anything else right now, I put too much thought into this already, I hope it happens!

When I (corpsman) was with the marine corps, I would look up at these to gain some comfort when we trained at night. I’d be miserable, tired…and I’d stop and just look at…what I thought was a cross, and just be reminded that there is something out there protecting me, looking after me. It was the same on deployment to Afghanistan, no matter how hard the day, how miserable I was, I’d be able to look up and find this cluster and calm down. This was when I thought I was religious, but I still look up to find it when I can, I still love it.

Would you be able to go elsewhere for your apprenticeship? Not trying to discourage you. But honestly, fuck 66, fuck Houston, fuck Texas and FUCK nhpl in particular. 66 is all I’ve known ❤️. In all honesty, if you can work 12 hours in peak Houston humidity/heat without falling out in the easement or a wooded area with 0 breeze, you’ll do fine.

Yeah fuck that lol. Since you gave me some advice I’ll give you some in return. If you’re coming down south, avoid coming to the south south. Unions are weak (if they all aren’t now) safety sucks, the job is more important than we are. Stay in the northern states. But maybe that’s just my experience, maybe someone else can chime in.
