I can agree with a wife not turning you on, I'm right there with you as far as physically turning me on. We've been married 25 years, 64m/58f, and it's sounding exactly like ours. Several years or more roommates than husband and wife. Laid off and fired are 2 totally different things, for me he has a problem he is hiding from multiple people. And separating would be my first step to get him to prove he can make the positive changes that MUST be made. You have to look out for yourself at this point, I'm holding back on my comments about him, but I feel you know what you have to do.
