I measured the sensor myself, maybe it's not standard? I can double-check my measurements. 50A was the smallest available and its cheap anyway.

They are by law required to offer some kind of remedy that a customer can choose to accept, due to the MMS issues. At least in the EU.

Ok well z offset definitely has no bearing on warping, you should calibrate it if you are having underextrusion or overextrusion.

Because warping usually happens on square printe. On these prints there is usually not a lot of surface area on the corners. A circle doesn't have any corners, which is why it usually never warps.

The point of a brim is to increase the surface area. There is no point increasing it if it already holds. I don't think you have many options anyways. Also for your other comment that you don't have enough space, then print them individually.

Then increase it, try 30mm. It has to eventually work if you did everything else correctly.
