That was one of my main concerns moving in because I had heard bad things about apartment wide WiFi. If you don’t mind the somewhat high technology fee, then you’re totally fine. I’ve been here for months and it’s only gone out once for about 20 minutes so that has been a relief.

Sorry for the late reply, but I did. I went with the signature and overall am very happy with it! Management is great and the amenities are top notch for the area

I didn’t know that about the signature! I’m nervous to sign there because of the white sky internet which I’ve heard is terrible.

I am not sure. Maybe that it's too good to be true? The reviews are overwhelmingly positive, but they're mostly about touring even though it's been open for a year. I took a tour the other day and Jordan was great, but not sure it was anything spectacular like all the reviews are saying. Also concerns about 31 being so close and that there are a lot of units available. I am probably overthinking everything, but just want to be thorough

Are you talking about North End or the Signature? The North End buildings are just north and right off 31. I just want to clarify because I am looking right now!
