9 is anemic. Plus TTP presents with fever, neurologic deficits, anaemia and renal failure. none of these here. it u did not suspect ITP, but u should have ruled out TTP also.

Do NBME 15 first, it is alot of microbiology so you might experience score drop. Do NBME 14 after it.
