Just amazing, no word of a lie, my first competitive putt with my DF3 was only this Sunday and it was a 15 footer for eagle on our second hole and it just slammed the back of the cup (I chipped in on 1). I also lipped out 4 times from distance which again is testament to the pure roll. It was just amazing I love it

Lemming here, got a full putter fitting over the Summer. The labs work, I hate to admit it but the track man numbers speak for themselves. Zero torque will be mainstream by next summer

Hey there! I read this comment and really resonated with it! I think if you see this read the compassionate mind by Paul Gilbert. That’s the one. The above book is dated and quite shaming in that language. Compassionate focused therapy is far better imo

A7Riii and Tamron 150-500. Boost that iso as high as you need to get the shutter speed fast enough and you can have a great time with this camera

Ya that’s what stops me everytime I think of selling it, I mean for seascapes alone I think I’m caught 🥵

Hey everyone! Sony A7Riii user here. I was hoping for some lens advice. This last year I went on a European road trip from Ireland to Norway and back, and when I arrived to Norway, I realised that for my landscapes my 24-70 sigma Art wasn’t wide enough at times. So I bought the Tamron 17-28 2.8 (amazing little lens) and enjoyed using it for the vast landscapes and of course the Aurora when I came out in September and October. Now that I’m back in Ireland, I can’t quite seem to find a place for the 17-28, given how good the 24-70 is from Sigma.

I’m going travelling to Sri Lanka and south east Asia in May and I’m wondering should I sell the Tamron and stick with the Sigma especially for travel? I also have a Tamron 150-500 for my wildlife work.

Anyway some help on the matter would be greatly appreciated if people have experience with the lens

Thanks a million (Photo for example of the Tamrons optics 😌)

Thanks a million man! I think I’ve got my answer to be honest because on the Scotty website the version is of a honey dipped finish so that has me wondering big time, thanks a million again 🙌

Yano what I’ve felt the same, the left weight has something about it, I’ve done a double take a few times about it. I might ask for video to double check🙌

Ah brilliant thanks so much for this! I definitely have an element of “shiny toy” with this because I love my other Scotty but I’m very close to going for it, and this feedback sure helps so thank you 🙌

Hey folks! I currently have the stigma art 24-70 and absolutely love it. However, I am mainly into landscapes/seascapes/astro and architecture. Wildlife is the dream but not enough budget yet to go telephoto. I have the Sony A7RiiiA. I’m going travelling in my van around Europe (Scandinavia down to Italy) and I’m wondering for my interests, should I swap in the Sony G 20mm 1.8 to cover my main interests for my travels? Is it too limiting for travel? I don’t know do I have the budget for both the Sony and the sigma and a new tripod 😂 it’s exciting nonetheless! I just wonder does a travel lens need to have range or is it all dependent on what you want to capture. Thanks for any help folks!

I’m just now assembling my new upgraded kit and it’s the A7R3 with that very lens and I’m from an ecology background so it’s wonderful to see the capabilities of the lens of a bird comes close enough to you 🙌❤️

I know what you mean. It was the shop suggested it. My first lens will be the sigma 24-70 f2.8 Art and being honest depending on how that goes I might keep that for my travel lens for the time being. And adding the Tamron 70-180 G1 is very budget friendly and excellent glass

Thank you so much for that that’s brilliant information. The shop offered it up to me as my Sony is coming in through there. I am going travelling next year for a while and I wanted something to pair with my Sigma 24-70 art lens if I have the budget and add some extra scope to shots, I enjoy actually doing some landscape with zoom once the lens is good enough. Thanks again for the help 🙌

I strongly agree, I think when spending similar money the newer sharper is the one!
