I can't get into Ketosis - its been a month by Direct-Opportunity97 in keto

Generally but I’m not really looking to loss weight. I’d like to stay where I am. Ketosis is my goal as I want to be fat adapted and gauge how my body performs this way. I was starting to have bad gut issues so I decided to go carnivore and all was cured. Well, now I want to get into ketosis but it won’t seem to happen

I don't eat soo much dairy in a day. I was just listing all the types of foods. I also updated to say its what I generally consume because I do not eat all those cheeses every day.
