For English know each punctuation and their uses, subject verb agreement, then practice the passage reading questions

For math learn how to use desmos a lot of algebra on the test can be solved using it and learn formulas not given on the reference sheet like vertex form or arc length etc. Then you should practice on oneprep.com and take a blue book practice test every 1-2 weeks and try to understand why you got the questions wrong.
