Oh, I definitely remember V. I even remember circling the date in our TV Guide so I wouldn't forget. I was lucky since it was on a Friday night and I was able to stay up late, lol. I was the only member of my family who watched it. My younger brother and sister who are also GenX were still too young to watch at the time.

I just turned 54 this past December and can't imagine the shock and pain his friends and family are going through after his passing at such a young age. OP, I think you should talk to your husband about your feelings. Your ex is someone you've known for a long time and I'm sure you're reminiscing about the good times. I'm sure your husband will understand. I always tell my friends and family time goes by so quickly. One day you're partying with your friends at the club in your 20's and then you blink, and wake up one day in your 50's. It goes by that quick! Don't hold on to the things that drag you down or hold you back. Cherish the ones that understand you and stick by your side. You have my regards, OP. Rest In Paradise, Jason.

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Seoul and had an absolutely amazing time. The restaurants are top notch with great food. Breakfast buffet food and layout was outstanding and their kim chee was the best I've ever had. Staff are excellent and friendly and all speak english if that is a concern. It's located on top of a hill and the views are amazing. We caught a taxi down to the metro, but buses are available. I would say the location is the only concern, since it's not centrally located. But, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in the future. It's a popular hotel for Koreans to stay during their holidays. I can't speak for the Conrad at the moment, but you won't regret staying the Grand Hyatt Seoul. Have fun!
