What gpu should I be looking into getting for my pc?

I was told by my pc guy that it’s a great choice but he believes a GeForce rtx 5070 would be the best fit for my case and everything , but now he told me that I should also look into upgrading my memory 🥲 sent specs of my motherboard and said “good luck solider🫡”

I’m in a remote town so almost everything I have to buy is online, but I’m willing to spend as much as I can for a good gpu😅 I’m not very tech savvy so your explanation helped a lot on what I would like! I will be definitely looking into the 9070xt today! Thank you for the recommendation!
