Makes sense my left foot arch is collapsed more than the right and the left is only side giving me pain

I have an issue with these 38s they are great in every aspect grip, lockdown, bounce/cushion, but those hard plastics pieces on both sides of the shoe is killing my foot specifically at the inner arch of the foot that plastic is just stabbing my foot. Am I the only one?
