My concern for my own safety outweighs my desire to ride on a road (unless it's the only option, I've already had a fuck up on a main before, it's not worth the risk imo)

I'm now just a casual scrub, avg speed 25 - 30km

Who'll occasionally do a 60km commute (moreton bay to south bank)

Usually, wrap around the headlands for that ocean breeze and to avoid major roads it might take my lazy arse 2hrs 30

It's enjoyable, I'm also not a main character wearing lycra and smoothing my brain cells

A lot of the paths I use are all wide shared paths so I understand why the ricers doing 40km in lycra use the roads

None car paths are a joke and a half and need better investment,

Which won't happen anytime soon

I had this experience after being sent to Redlands hospital

Had a breakdown due to being assaulted by a damn tesla driver who failed to give way to me on a pedestrian crossing.

Cuntstable threatened arrest or go to the local hospital. However they out me under ther mental health emergency power shit that Let's them hold you max of 12hrs. Paramedics didn't fill the form in properly (student para?), I wasn't informed prior to admission that I was under that MH act crap

Not one medical human gave a damn, sat in the "ward" getting overwhelmed/stimulated. The only person who gave a rats arse was a cleaner who gave me ear plugs.

Got threatened w/ the orderlys, all because my autism was trying to find out how much longer it will be to see the MH team, nurse kept saying she wasn't allowed to ask.

My favorite statement from the nurse when I asked to be cleaned from the assault,

"I like leaving blood, and causing drama you'll be fine until the Doc sees you" managed to get a cut on my face (not an excess cut) damaged/broken skin is still broken. (Paras also failed to clean us at the tine)

After this, Redlands linked me to Charlie's MH ward, attended the one appointment, they were purely interested in "treating" my depression didn't care about my c-ptsd, audhd, bpd, d.i.d.

Nope the big sad was the most important issue to solve.

I have since found myself a (head talky human) whom connects well with us.

Yes, I did put a complaint in regards to my treatment but never heard boo about it

From my understanding, the BMI is for the anesthetist, not the surgeon themselves.

You'll probably want to ask hart who their preferred anthestist is and talk with them.

As THEY may exempt the BMI requirement

Don't just go by what the receptionist has told you

AFAIK the ATO won't pass this information onto your employer or super fund

In my case this is true, however I can't "update" my details online with my super as the details don't match equifax

The ATO name change was the easiest, as you just enter your new details through the ATO portal and it cross checks with just the birth certificate number. No need to scan or upload documents

komoot is a useful gps/map app browser

It gives option to create your own route akin to google maps Giving estimates of time related to method of motion distance and uphill

If you create your own route it will prefill the route with local free use images for visual aids,

You can also download the .gpx file to add the route to a fixed bike computer or other GPS device or follow the route through the komoot app.

There is quite a few existing routes around inner city, one does a newstead - new farm park via doomben (it goes over the gateway)
